Jimmy John's - Orland Park

My co-workers ask me to order from here frequently and normally the service and food is great. There was a time it wasn't, but they resolved it so I didn't say anything and I will now because a good review counts too. 4 stars Thank you for resolving that issue. It's been great since, until today when Meghan or so it says on the receipt took our order and talked faster than an auctioneer. I couldn't understand her at first. I asked for easy mayo and I think she was in a hurry because I didn't get easy mayo, I got the whole bottle almost. So leave the speeding to the cooks and drivers please. Thanks.

I call every week and place a sandwich from this place, also my employees call several times in the week and order as well. today called and put a delivery order and suddenly they told me that they refuse to deliver us because it is a block from their district. never again ordered by this jimmy johns. the lady on the phone was super rude!

Food was great and the staff turned our names into euphoria characters! It was fun and it made us laugh (their name is ash and mine is Maddie) The kids who worked there seemed hard at work on a big order but still made great food and made us giggle! Give those kids a raise!

Every time I eat at this location the bread is stale....annoying!!! I'll stick to the PALOS heights location

Was recieved with an ok greeting, only 2 people were working, only one girl took our order and made our sandwiches while the other one just stared, once we got home the sandwiches were so sloppy and only one slice of turkey asked for peppers and only had like 3 little circles..
