Kettletoft - Orkney Islands

Popped in for an evening meal. 2 x very tasty burgers and some good beer later we left very happy. It isn't the grandest of places, but it does deliver good food at a fair price. Would definitely return if we were staying longer.

I ordered takeaway fish and chips and they were delicious. The portion size was very generous, with two pieces of fish each.

From the outside the place looks rather run down, but inside there is a good atmosphere, the staff are pleasant, the food tasty, with great portion sizes it's excellent value. We were there for Sunday carvery they were quite busy, but the food arrived very promptly. The nut roast was one of the best I've tasted the meat eaters we're happy too.

We visited the pub last week and we all chose fish and chips. Needless to say we were not disappointed. Probably one of the best fish and chip meals I have ever had. Good beer and a warm welcome from the hosts too. Don’t miss this gem.

First rate fish and chips and really friendly, welcoming owners, who were very accommodating with a late request for dinner. Would definitely recommend
