Bidrage med feedbackI put in an order online well over an hour before the store closed and received a text notifying me the food was on the way. Nearly an hour later. Shortly after I was contacted by a Door Dash delivery driver stating there was a delay which was not a big deal. After nearly another hour of no communication I reached out to the driver and they informed me my order had been cancelled but I was still charged. Tried calling the store but they had closed a couple mins before so now I will have to wait another day to deal with this nonsense. What an absolute joke.
Disgusting people working here, disgusting service, and disgusting customers, attempting to create an endless cycle of misery. They are impossible to deal with when addressing problems, thinking they are proving they are superior, and being as difficult in relationships as possible, as if that concludes their business with anyone who would defy the store leadership.
So I ordered online and Im not sure if it waa a bad batch of dough or what but my wife and I got the stuffed crust and breadsticks, we had a couple of slices of each. Maybe 15 minutes later we got sick and threw it back up. Ive tried sending a complaint on the app and the site and neither is working. Ive never had this happen before. I deserve a refund or something
What's up with the guy with tattoos? felt like he had an attitude.his words were confusing. $50? seriously? this store is way over priced. We got 1 large pizza and 1 large buffalo pizza. In my last pizza place, it was cheaper. The pizza was thin when I got it. The pizza is missing something. It tastes blank.The cheese in the extra crust tastes funky. Oh! And my waitress was Jason.
Me and my sister ordered 3 pizzas and bread stcks left one of the pizzas no big deal called and the guy Dave wasn’t very friendly but eh bad day idk, well offered to pick up the pizza longboarded there on the promise they’d make it up just to get there and have him waiting out front in his wheelchair and afterwards tell me that the manager “can’t do anything to make it up” ridiculous considering on the phone they promised to “make it up” I’m not mad at him but whatever manager is here is completely incompetent unfortunately. I have worked fast food but never been treated like this anywhere I have NEVER LEFT A REVIEW LIKE THIS but it’s deserved. Thanks for your time.
