Bidrage med feedbackBad service. App does not work to enable orders. I called two Orem locations and spoke to the staff. I wouldn't allow paying the phone with my credit card for a business lunch. I'll never use those panda francs in Orem again. Ridiculous! Very obtuse think of the managers.
Food and service was good Half Chow Main half roasted rice Honey Walnuts Shrimp / Pepper Angus Steak
It?s like any other panda except that they either close early or just stop making any new food during the last hour they?re open. If you go within the last hour before closing expect to have maybe 2 choices for an entree. If I was going 10 minutes before close I?d understand that the options would be limited but when I go 45 minutes before they close they should still have orange chicken left but they don?t.
This location has consistently bad quality. Tonight I tried their new almond chicken and it was completely burned, black and rock hard. In the past I got broccoli beef and the broccoli was completely rotten, literal mush.
Just got home and we're not really happy with our experience today. -no napkins. -fried rice was super dry. -they forgot to give me my chow mein side(!!? -some of my chicken and vegetables were cold. They also almost sent us out with someone else's bowl? Also, a lot of the food options were out. (It was 8:45pm so 3 of our 6 orders were the same food. It seemed like they were trying to minimize food waste by not cooking more food, but there was a line ahead of me when I got there and a line behind me when I left... So there was no shortage of customers. We did call in for assistance, and will be in tomorrow morning with our receipt. Staff were very kind when we called.
