They were short staffed when I was there but they were still polite to the customers. The Nutella drink is really good.

The gentleman at the front counter was doing a great job it's just that he had to stop and make his own drinks for his orders and fill all of his orders it would have been nice if he had some help to speed up the line

Employees didn’t have literally anything that we ordered on the app. Out of steak. Fine we’ll switch to chicken. Out of bread. Oh yeah also out of chicken. The employees then told us if we wanted a refund we had to go through the app. That’s fine these things happen. The app told us we need to get a refund through the store.So now having called the store multiple times and dealing with customer care, someone somewhere owes us a 20 dollar refund and they refuse to work with us.

We went out of our way on a long road trip to get coffee. This is the weakest, worst coffee that I have ever had at a coffee place. It is basically water. The four adults in the car? We now have four cups of Tim Hortons coffee joining us for this ride waiting to be dumped out in a few miles when we find somewhere else for coffee. It makes the idea of gas station coffee somehow seem acceptable at this point.

I didn't get what I ordered I ordered abagel, I got a biscuit. The hash brown iordered was cold as was NY husband's. My oj was not cold at
