Mcdonald's - Oregon

This McDonald's is really busy sure employees are hard to come by to work in the fast pace industry.however they honor any mistaken orders you get far as I'm concerned it's 4 stars because of the effort they put in for the public

If I'm in Salem getting McDonald's this is my go to location. Food has always been as fresh as McDonald's fresh comes. Once a week I stop here.

New employee ruining orders without any help from other emlooees

Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru for them to mess up the order and then forgot about me while waiting at the drive thru waiting spot so all of my food went cold. Last time I'm ever coming here again. Didn't even get to eat very disappointed.

They were short staffed. The girl who took my order took it correctly, but when I got to work and checked the order it, was all wrong. Was in line for a long while just to be disappointed with my food. Asked for mcgriddle, but got a biscut. Asked for coke, got diet coke. Apparently can't read or just don't care about what customer orders!
