Wendy's - Oregon City

It was 1 o'clock on a Saturday afternoon, 4/13/2024, and we stopped in for a bite. We looked at the menu for a while, used the restroom and came back to the counter. Didn't want to interrupt the busy workers but finally asked if we could place an order and they said we had to order over an app not specifying which. Very rude treatment from the female. Not going to visit Wendy's Oregon City again.

First time going to this particular Wendy’s and I was served the worst fast food chicken I’ve ever had. I ordered a chicken wrap combo and the chicken was super dry and hard. The ratio of chicken, lettuce and cheese was terrible and the tortilla was wrapped poorly. My wrap was also put into the bag upside down and started to fall apart when I tried to take it out of the bag. I only took a couple bites before throwing the wrap in the trash. If I hadn’t gotten it to go I would have asked for a refund.Fries were at least fresh and tasted decent but I won’t be going back to this Wendy’s.

Cold food. Small portions. O.C. Location is going on a slow decline.

They were nice taking my order and even at the window when I was having a lot of problems on giving them the right amount and even after several times of me asking him the amount that I needed. Ty

Ordered a double burger meal, Burger is so-so lots of beef with a tomato and lettuce. The lettuce was a single piece very chewy. They should use shredded lettuce it eats much better in the mouth.
