Bidrage med feedbackI got a chile colorado wet burrito here and it was decent, my only gripe though is it really didn't taste a whole lot different than burritos at Burger Basket, but the reason I'm not giving this place the same 5 stars I gave Burger Basket for their burritos is this is an actual restaurant so I'd expect the burritos here to be much better, but the prices aren't much higher either so it's hard to justify knocking em lower than at least 4 stars, but realistically, if I wanted to go out of my way, I could just buy a can of enchilada sauce at the store and pour it on a Burger Basket burrito, I just wouldn't get the small extras like chips instead of fries or guac and sour cream, those conveniences are nice though. edit: tried their enchilada's. Same issues I've found with every Mexican restaurant, for whatever reason, these places just cannot make good Enchilada sauce, you can't taste any seasoning. I'm not even joking, I make my own enchiladas with canned sauce, and even it is more seasoned than 99% of Mex restaurants. Update 2: bumping them up to 5 stars with my latest visit. I believe every time I've come here I've gotten chunky beef style burritos, but this time I ended up getting one with their shredded beef and I have to commend them this time around because the beef was very juicy and well seasoned which I even found better than my previous mentioned love for Burger Basket's burritos. I also tried their mole enchilada's, they were pretty decent, but I maintain my previous comments about enchilada's at seemingly every Mexican restaurant, good, but again didn't take me by surprise.
One of the best local Mexican food spots in town! This place is a local land mark! I’ve been going here for over 25 years and I always get the Guadalajara Grill! It’s says it can feed two but I get one for my self and I can finish it no problem! The chips and salsa are the best
Decided to try the restaurant for the first time. Disappointed, I ordered the flauta combination plate, the flautas were burnt. Hubby ordered machaca with eggs, rice and beans. His plate was unpleasant. Poor customer service, needed a refill waited , and waited until we had to stop one of the waiters for the tea refill. Our waitress did not check in with us, not even to get our tab. Will not be returning.
My husband chose to go to Guadalajara’s for his birthday lunch! Did not disappoint. We ordered the Supreme fajitas for two; SO MUCH FOOD and SO DE-licious!! Our waiter, Darwin, was top notch: We will be back!
This was by far a very authentic Mexican atmosphere service and exceptionally tasty Mexican food that I found in Lake Elsinore. Our server, Armando was very courteous. He was fast in bringing our food and even explained to us some of the history in the restaurant. He introduced us to a green salsa that was perfect for my pork tamales, we ordered Carne Asada tacos and cheese enchiladas cheese enchiladas remind me what my grandmother used to cook for me when I was small in Texas. I give this restaurant 10 stars. The food was unbelievable savory tasty and delicious. I will recommend this restaurant to anyone that wants to enjoy your atmosphere of great nostalgia and just a place to relax with the whole family or even by yourself , great job thank you Armando and we will come again
