Trang Hue Vietnamese Catering - Orange

I have a mild case of food poisoning from her chicken salad, I am quite sure that they do not keep cooked eating in correct tempo.

Not the best Vietnamese. Bahn Mi was dry and bread was stale. Pho was ok but overall dull flavour and needed more herbs. Trang Hue marinades and sauces were nice.

To be honest I ate much better many times .It was alright

I have ordered food here 3 times now. I have never been impressed with the food. It is very over priced. I came back here because my friend said they have pork crackling. What I got was quite disappointing. The pork belly was chewy and tough. It cost $17 for the salad card surcharge. And a little container of salad dressing. This will be the last time I am getting food from here.

I had to re edit this. After a disappointing experience 1st time around. Trang came through 2nd time around. Totally worth it. The food was amazing and beautifully presented. Definitely will be back and recommend. Thanks so much. So delicious.
