TGI FRIDAYS - Orange Park

DO NOT TRY TO RESERVE THROUGH OPEN TABLE!!! Everything at the restaurant was great, our server, food, speed of service BUT THIS LOCATION DOES NOT ACCEPT RESERVATIONS. The hostess did a great job of getting us promptly seated but they had no idea about our reservation through Open Table. They said they quit using Open Table a long time ago but it still keeps showing the option to reserve a table through Open Table. TGIF was good, just don't try to reserve online because they won't know you are coming, call the restaurant

Camille our server was great. I'll always ask for her when I make a reservation, and will plan it on a day she's there

When We arrived , staff did not even have knowledge of our reservation for a party of 16 for a farewell luncheon. Therefore no tables and chairs were setup. It felt as if we had inconvenienced the staff. Service was extremely slow especially for not being busy and it being 1130 am, hardly no one there. There was no music so the ambience gave off uncomfortable silences at times. The staff looked like they had just woken up and gave the vibe of not wanting to be there. So this just threw off the vibe for our special occasion. During a heartfelt speech by our special guest, the server rudely interrupted and didn’t even know that there was a speech going on, even though the person was standing up and addressing everyone at the table. The food was the only positive part of the day. For a place that I thought would be perfect for a farewell luncheon, it was the exact opposite. Very disappointed.

They didn’t even have my reservation said their computer was done?

Went Christmas Day when they first opened at 4pm. Service was very very poor the sever forgot to refill drinks. The sever was unable to remember what we ordered. My food was brought out last because the server took it back to the kitchen because it was incorrect.
