I love dunkin donuts and coffee or milk. Employees are real nice.

UPDATE UPDATE: The drive thr Jasmine is working very hard and extremely friendly. The only bad mark I can say about them this time is they don't give a 10% discount to Officers or Military, but through the COVID they are taking care of Nurses and Doctors which is more important at this time. However, I'm always going through the drive thr bc I am and have boycotted Starbucks bc they would not send coffee to Irag for our Military. I feel our Military and Officers deserve to be recognized here on the home front while working and protecting there establishment, but the Manager said its privately owned. Then please to the Private owner respect your town and give you local hereos everyday in uniform a discount just asking.....I will start driving to the Dunkin on 17 bc they acknowledge and give a discount especially if your donating donuts to a cause ... btw this dozen is going to a local Dr office off Kingsley for there hard working staff through COVID 19. Thanks Kim First Post! Drive Thru Very polite, clearly can hear. I ordered a Dozen donuts yesterday for Discount Tire guys and today for Kingsley Animal Hospital bc I have been here a year now in this area and I really love this Dunkin Donuts even tho there is one closer to my house. The employee at the window (Leland) was very professional and seemed to love his job. He was very nice, uniform neat and Clean. From what I could see at the Drive Thru window the inside store was only very clean and organized. Holly was the Manager and she is the Sweetest hard worker I witnessed from the Drive Thru. Thank you for always making my visits fun!!

The young lady working the drive thru window most mornings when I go to work is just the sweetest! She explained about the app one morning which I now use daily to place my order ahead, she just has great customer service always a smile! Kudos to her and your team for their hard work every morning but more importantly for doing it with a smile.

I'd like to give major credit to Dunkin Donuts and their app. Pulled in to a long drive thru line and as long inside. Sat in the car for just a second and put my order in for pick up. Walked in and I heard them pulling my order. My order was ready for pickup before the first person in line was even done ordering. I noticed that you can put your order in up to 24 hours in advance and just click when you have arrived and they start on it. Worked great today and I will be using it in the future.

Sat down with the head owners and management of our stores has been blessed on the only three shift leaders ...... hard work pays off.....guess we made it jess n Ramon ..... august coming guys lets have a study group #GuessEverybodyCantHang Great job sara bowman
