Crafty Crab - Orange Park

Alex was my waitress last night. She was terrific. The reason why I will come back there. I ordered crab which were very small so the brought out a large order of the shrimp. Fantastic.

We have been ordering from this Crafty Crab for many years and the food is fresh and delicious!The staff is super friendly and the host always get our order correctly. We love to go to the restaurant as the atmosphere is amazing but today due to the rain, my son went to pick up our food. Amazing job to the staff and Manager, keep it up!

We have ordered from crafty crab for a few years and they slowly have declined but tonight was the worst. We ordered for 6 people to celebrate our anniversary together. When my husband returned home we only had 3 meals plus the lobster tail we ordered. The person who took our order was very difficult to understand so when he repeated back the order I thought he had it correct. When I talked to the manager she was extremely rude saying I agreed to the order like it was my fault for the miscommunication. My husband had to go back out in a storm to get the rest of the food. She offered a small discount but again blamed me for not understanding her staff member. We won't be ordering from this establishment again. Half our guests are eating while it is hot while others are hungry including children.

The only reason I rated a four-star is because there's always something somewhere where y'all can improve so if I was to give y'all a 5-star rating and then you bring out something better and asked me what do you write this if we're already a five-star so that's why I say a four-star everyone was amazing food was great and I definitely will be backKid-friendliness: Everyone was very kind

The last 2 visits have improved my opinion tremendously. Love the fact that you can get broccoli in the bag. Game changer. Service has always been good for me here and the atmosphere is a typical vibe.
