Ihop - Orange Lake

Busy place does tell you something. Great food, standard fare for a pancake house. You do get plenty to eat and it has always been delicious. My family and I love IHOP.

Visited this place in January with my family of 11 for 2 birthdays. Our waitress Sparkles was absolutely amazing. She let us all be there. She was great with our whole family and talked the young. We celebrated 2 birthdays with 4 generations gift and she even made us a birthday. I forgot to write a review at the time. We went back today, and Sparkles was back with her bubbling and outgoing personality. The food is always great and prices do not inflate like all others. We'll be back.

I hate leaving this review because everyone is nice.The place is absolutely Filthy though.I cant even think of what the kitchen is like.I understand getting busy but this is Unexcusable even being busy.I would not be surprised if there are violations.We also waited a really long time and my fiod was cold.Pictures are attached it takes a few minutes between customers to wipe down and sweep up the dust was everywhere and that does not happen in one day.

I have been coming to this location for a few years. Sunday was my son birthday and Mother's Day. He wanted to celebrate by going here too eat his favorite pancakes. I have no clue who was cooking but literally everything was burnt! Bread was black on My daughter burger. Pancakes were burnt and tasteless. Omelets were horrible. The only thing that was good was the drinks. Will not be back to this location for a while. Hopefully, they will have a different cook. Definitely a wasted over 100.00 and the waitress was rude to my bonus son just because he was a different nationality then us and with a accent. Rule number one if you don't understand what a person is saying then ask. Don't assume and be rude.

There was 1 hostess/server. A party of 12 came in right before our party of 2. The cooking staff hustled. They worked hard. She (the hostess) tried to keep drinks filled and food out as it came. I did order sirloin tips and eggs. The pic is how it came out. They did being the sirlion tips out shortly after I mentioned it.
