Pleasant but great taste in very fatty dishes and cooking but all homemade except onions in the very vinegar pot for a burger at 12 euros anyway!

Tested today on a fried cheeseburger 12€ and. I am not packed: the promise is pleasant: home cooking, fresh ingredients and smile locally. Overall, the taste is there and it eats without worries, but I put 2 stars for several reasons: on tasting, buns are dry, meat too cooked and fries despite their good taste of potatoes are soft cooking mistakes? . and on the promise of fresh and local, it's really a pity: industrial cheese in my opinion anyway. and the Mayo/ketchup saxo made by metro. and the egg cannons in the cano, mixed, pasteurized in the refrigerator go in this direction: the local approach is far from being as pushed as on the truck posters. And finally, too much to wait for a fried burger with few people to serve. so disappointed enough of the result, not to the height of other equivalent food trucks in the region. I hope you can find the motivation to work with less industrialized products and a good continuation nevertheless!

Discovered after an event of my company. P'tit dej was on top, delicious dishes. It's all homemade! delighted to be able to eat the dishes and burgers of this food truck to sophia!
