Bojangles - OOLTEWAH

The young man running the cash register was great. Food and coffee was as expected.

I eat bojangles everyweek for my drive to work. I visit several different locations on my drive each week. This location and Cleveland refuses to sell me a large water. I need the ice in the Styrofoam cup to get through the day. I would like to know why they refuse to sell me a large ice water? This has been a frustrating struggle with these 2 locations. All the other locations are ez. 50cents and some ice and water. Whyyy must this be so painful for just a cup and water??? Tried to call the store mangers about this but no one returns a call... customer service just isn't what it used to be

Me and my boyfriend travel back and forth. We had a great experience the short time we were there. The manager with the locs and the purple shirt was extremely nice and he did a wonderful job on selling me the bo berry cookies. We were impressed by the staff and the high cleanness score. Keep up the great work.

Don't get biscuit and gravy here. No sausage, no seasoning, no flavor. I thought it was queso from how it looked. Never going back.
