Chick-fil-a - Ontario

The lines are ALWAYS long, no matter what time of day it is. But having the employees outside and making orders makes things so much faster. Your strategy seems to work to get customers in and out within a reasonable time. I went to breakfast on this special trip and ordered the 4 count breakfast minis and they were so moist and tasty. Only what I didn't like was that I asked the employees if there was a fee for ice cream coffee, and he said no to me! ....my receipt is different!

Pastrami is always very good. Onion rings were outstanding, cooked well and good flavor

Ordered ahead using the app so I could pick up lunch... I still ended up waiting 20 minutes before finally getting my food and had to rush back to work. I was willing to overlook the wait time but when I bit into my sandwich, the chicken was rubbery undercooked.

I got a different burger for my order and my sandwich wasn’t even a full size chicken patty it was more like a chicken tender. Smh

Sad to see that they are currently closed. The service here was always amazing. One thing I do not like, however, is the fact that the In N Out line is also there. It's confusing. They make it much easier with the characters and their employees outside. But if the line goes on the road, it can be quite hectic.
