Great location and service, good food hot and fast.

I give it a 1 star solely because of the app and the rewards system. Went to 3 different restaurants and none of them could get my rewards to scan or work, not much of a promo when you download the advertised app in store and it's useless

Went in on Thursday evening to get some food and the service was very slow. The woman at the cash register didn't seem to know what she was doing and I noticed the other staff also seemed like they were lost. When we got our order I checked and saw that instead of the double famous star we ordered I got just a plain cheeseburger with ketchup and mustard. I went up with my receipt to let them know I got the wrong food and the woman who took my order walked up to me and very rudely asked Yeah what's wrong with the burger. I explained its not what I ordered and she took the obviously opened burger out of my hand wrapped it back up and stuck it back under the heat lamp the proceeded to open other burgers looking trough them to find mine for instead of just remaking it like she should have. Very unprofessional staff in my opinion and it needs to be addressed.

I love their hamburgers, onion rings, and chicken tenders (hand breaded every day) here. The employees here are always helpful and polite.I've been coming here for years because of their service and the food. For a fast food restaurant, it's pretty good, and if a mistake is made, they promptly correct it.Kid-friendliness: There's a big jungle gym for your kids' entertainment!Wheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of handicap parking in front of the building

I feel like this Carl's Jr is really good. I've never had a problem with the food or service. Everyone there is really nice. Infact there is a guy that usually works evenings and he is amazing! He is a true professional, I really appreciate how great he is. I wish I could remember his name, I'll find out because he deserves a reward or a raise or something! The inside is totally fine, I just don't care to eat inside, I'm definitely not trying to be disparaging of the interior.
