Sweet Frog - Oneonta

I went to this restaurant because it was the only one open that day. The atmosphere was cute, but I was shocked when my small cup of ice cream, which didn't even taste like ice cream, cost $15. I had to fill the cup with their ice cream and toppings, and then they weighed it. The serving size was similar to a Ben and Jerry's container, maybe even smaller. Ben and Jerry's is known for being high quality and pricey, but this was just ridiculous. I regret not leaving the ice cream there.

My family and I visited Sweet Frog today at 1pm, right when it opened, and I have to say, this place was absolutely disgusting. The floor was sticky and dirty, and all the tables and chairs had yogurt stains from previous days. I wouldn't even let a stranger's dog in the bathroom. You would expect a newly opened restaurant to be clean, but this was not the case. If the dining area looks like this, I can't even imagine what the kitchen looks like. I would recommend going elsewhere and spending your money at Golden Gurnsey instead.

Today, my family and I visited your restaurant in Oneonta. We were pleased to see the manager, Mackenzie, working hard to improve the already fantastic establishment. I was delighted to discover new flavors and eagerly tried them out. The buffet style options were still excellent as always! The prices are reasonable and Mackenzie was delightful to chat with. It's refreshing to see someone so knowledgeable and skilled in their craft.

My Daughter loves this place, and I learned from a friendly employee they do birthday parties for kids! It's awesome how many toppings they have spread out buffet style that you can scoop on your soft ice cream (or is it frozen yogurt? . There's probably 10 15 flavors. If they had hard ice cream as well, I'd give it 5 stars. I mean if you're going to specialize in something, why not go all out with it? After you make your own concoction, they weigh it on a scale at the register to determine the price. Very reasonably priced in my opinion, so we keep going back. update 6/29/2022 I took my Daughter there again tonight and she still loves the place. I don't remember the manager's name, but she is very friendly and probably deserves a raise ????

The last 2 times I went here with my grandchildren the place was more than filthy. Also the yogurt we wanted was empty and no one it sight had to yell a couple times for someone to come out from the back! Never again!
