Villa Verona Vineyard - Oneida

We rented out the bistro for a family party and it was a wonderful experience. The food was excellent/staff helpful/and fun drinks. Highly recommend!

I had heard great reviews about this place, but was disappointed with the annexed building with live entertainment. The service was lacking, possibly due to management or the bartender. Despite settling our bill and being the first to order, we waited over an hour and a half for our food. We were repeatedly told our order was coming, but it kept getting delayed. The restaurant seemed short-staffed and unprepared for the number of patrons. I am writing this review to warn others about the slow service and lack of organization at this establishment. Additionally, there were people looking to hook up, which made me uncomfortable. Overall, I give this restaurant 2 stars for the food and ambiance, but improvements are needed in service and professionalism.

The staff at this restaurant is very friendly and welcoming. They offer a nice variety of wines to choose from.

A must try if you haven't already!! Food was delicious, service was great, and the atmosphere was perfect. Oh, and the wine was the icing on the cake. We had a party of 8 and every single one of us loved our meal as well as the appetizers that we all shared!! I will be back!!
