The Throttle Shed - ONE TREE HILL

Of course, I chose a time of day when most people are busy with something or others because I was the only person in the shed. I ordered and sat in a comfortable chair, looked out the window when the wind was the Eucalyptus trees buffet.... The shed is filled with interesting decor, imprinting mechanical parts on the table, a fireplace and armchairs. There is even a skull in which the living goldfish hides in his tank. The beautiful Shelley brought my chai latte out and it warmed me nicely.

Shelley and Khan are excellent hosts who provide fantastic coffee and a wide variety of delicious food options. The service is always friendly and welcoming.

It's a converted fireplace. Very warm and friendly. Coffee isn't bad either. Shelley is an excellent host. Just stayed for coffee, but here's another day on the books.

The restaurant has delicious food and offers friendly service. Although there was a bit of a wait for the food, it was definitely worth it. The location is set in One Tree Hill and has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.

Visited for lunch. Fabulous environment. One table of patrons. Trying to order from one very disinterested young lady when a voice screams out from the kitchen 'we 're busy 20 minute wait ' then repeated while looking daggers at us. Thanks for the info but possibly a...better form of communication exists. We took the hint and went elsewhere.
