I like caribou coffee! it's always delicious. friendly staff.

Great customer service in the drive thru. I love it when they take my perks number immediately and continue to appeal with names! caribou will always be my fav! great coffee great service! in relation to the waiting period through the journey thru line: my personal opinion is that every waiting period is only worth the coffee! I have sincerely never noticed a waiting period; it is not even phased when I am so friendly and professionally addressed. when they take awhile, I assume that they focus on making my coffee, and all other customers coffee to their highest standards of pure excellent! I am so treated and the coffee tastes like that! in all this I can check nothing less than 5 stars. thank you caribou!

For my 10 year old daughter ordered a hot chocolate. After we left, my daughter said it tasted like coffee. safe enough, good that it was early in the morning.

I love my coffee, so I thought I'd try something new today. kwik trips there is a lot in la crosse, and I love my kona dark afterfilling, but I am always looking for something else. the coffee was in order, but as some of the other reviews suggest, the waiting time was quite bad. I waited at least 15 minutes with only three cars in front of me, and I was just looking for a dark roast. but at $3,50 for a big one, and then $1,50 top. I think next time I just go to kwik trip over the street and get my refill for $1.25 and to be honest. I think the kona dark tastes better. I noticed that they offer other things on their menu, but I didn't search for food or cream or sugar boosts. Maybe there's another publikum for this place. I didn't notice that inside kitchen. just a car thru and a window to go. it was in order. not bad. in order.

Gotta say they lucky their smoothies boosted things are so good because I hate having to wait at least 20 minutes in line every time I go there. If you don't have a bunch of time to sit I recommend going somewhere else.
