Samsa, hacapuri and hinkal was delicious and fresh. samsa 85p, hacapuri 250-380p, hinkal 70p.

We had a great evening at Frost Roses . Cozy interior with an abundance of textile details with oriental tambour embroidery on the furniture. The restaurant is clean, dishes with an oriental touch. Smells like delicious oriental food. I ordered pilaf, arranged it. The rice is delicious. The sparkling wine was good. Serving was on painted plates, plates with different patterns for each guest at the table. The glass is clean. The fruit tea was good. Fast feed. The evening was a success. Thanks. Пахнет вкусными восточными блюдами. Заказывала плов, устроил. Рис вкусный. Игристое вино было хорошим. Подача была на расписных тарелках, каждому гостю за столом тарелки с разным орнаментом. Столовое стекло чистое. Хорош был фруктовый чай. Подача быстрая. Вечер удался. Спасибо.

Came here with friends in July 2020. They wanted to visit this place because of nice interior but the seats inside were not available because of covid. Only terrace was working. The waiter didn't tell us that they have special offer for lunch but was pation enoigh to cancelmour order and take it again according to lunch menu. Most dishes are overpriced. Coffe, cake, mors and okroshka were good. Manty were weird, they looked not like bags but kore like rolls and they didn't taste very good.

This place has a very strange approach to customer service. It feels like they are doing us a favor. Administrators communicate disrespectfully, do not want to meet halfway. We booked a table in the cover room, in addition to prepayment, we were required to 100% pre-order, which was a bit strange. On our request to choose snacks on the spot, the administrator initially replied that we would have to wait too long. We didn't mind, but they didn't even listen to us. On the day of our visit, we were satisfied. Hot food was delicious, khachapuri acceptable. But the attitude before the visit spoiled the whole experience. From such an institution I want at least a respectful attitude towards their customers. В заведении очень странный подход к обслуживанию клиентов. Складывается ощущение, что нам делают одолжение. Администраторы общаются неуважительно, не хотят идти навстречу. Мы бронировали столик в кавер зал, помимо предоплаты с нас потребовали 100% предзаказ, что было немного странно. На нашу просьбу выбрать закуски на месте, администратор сначала ответила, что нам придётся слишком долго ждать. Мы были не против, но нас даже не стали слушать. Непосредственно в день посещения мы остались довольны. Горячее было вкусным, хачапури приемлемым. Но отношение до посещения испортило все впечатление. От такого заведения хочется хотя бы уважительной отношения к своим клиентам.
