Wendy's - Omaha

$14 for a fast food LUNCH MEAL WTH! I got an overcooked spicy chicken sandwich that was mainly breading and as flat as a tortilla. Beans in the chili were undercooked and hard. I called and all they said was ?sorry to hear that? and hung up lol Sonot only is their food underwhelming, they lack customer service.

Spent 40 minutes in the drive-thru, which isn't too unreasonable given it was about 7 and had a pretty large line. I ordered 4 combo meals, all doubles. I got 1 double, 3 singles, no fries and missing nugs, went back through drive through for another 20minutes and received incorrect amount of fries and wrong nuggets.. didn't notice burgers were wrong untill I got home:

Went to this location and spent $36.00 on 2 orders and to say disappointing would be an understatement. Ordered the baconator...there was no bacon on the sandwich, the fries were luke warm and it was supposed to be a large only half full.. Idon't usually eat at fast food and this is exactly why. I will never visit again.

I love Wendy's Asiago Bacon Ranch Chicken Sandwich....if only this place could get my order right...the last three times it was been wrong in some fashion. I always ask for no lettuce or tomato and last 3 times have gotten either both or one of thoseitems on my sandwich. Fries are OK but a bit heavy on the salt.

Got an order from Wendy?s through a delivery service. And I understand that delivery is out of employees hands. What is in their hands is sealing the bag and filling the fries. When called to ask about the seal and fries the employee was rude and hung upafter telling us to look up corporates number. I tried calling back and was immediately hung up. And I don?t usually do badreviews but the rudeness and lack of respect is disgusting. This location and possibly all locations have lost my business.
