Taco Bell - Omaha

Hours online yesterday said they open at 10 o'clock; today there are hours to say they open at 8 o'clock daily. what is that? drove by and she realizes where not opened by 8. no vehicles on parking or lighting.

Tried ordering on doordash and grubhub tonight. You guys are supposed to be open til 1 am according to google. Tried different delivery time and says location closed even though I just placed an order not long before the second order was to be placed. No explanation or anything!

They took napkins from the bathroom and gave them to me in the bag I don't appreciate that because my kids can't use bathroom napkins at all

One of the only decent things about taco bell were there hours and decent portions. This Location has the Wrong hours on Google and when I told the staff they just said we're closed due to staffing. That's not what I asked. I told you about the incorrect hours. I understand covids effects but not updating your hours is just inconsiderate. Also my orders are usually incorrect and skimpy. Wish there was another location close by. ?

Had to drive around to the drive thru a second time to get my missing food after asking if that was everything 2 or 3 times at first. Definitely a usual for this location. Gave an extra star because they gave us extra sauces when we asked the second time around.
