Scooter's Coffee - Omaha

Waited almost 15 minutes in the line, when there were only two cars in front of me and when I finally got my smoothie, it was usually ice with hardly taste for over $6. it's hard to spend so much on a medium smoothie when I know it's only made with fruit puree with a lot sugar, but it's just so dared delicious I can't stop going back. if it will be so expensive, should it be at least faster service or better product?

There was a comment that there is a 50/50 chance that eating is cold and the manager has been in contact with me since then and I still go almost daily and since then eating is warm and hot. Thank you for hearing my reflections and taking these into account.

To the greatest part they have always done well, but there is also always a 50/50 chance their breakfast sandwich, burrito or croissant gets cold. I got a really hot and good sandwich one day and then a frozen croissant another day. his not too big thing because my job has a microwave, but perhaps it is something to consider.

My kids love the pinkity drinks, frozen are my favorite.

Worse experience I’ve had at a scooters yet! The “manager” was so rude and disrespectful and when I asked for his name to report to the store owner or to scooters for my dissatisfaction he declined to give it to me stating he was u comfortable? Tried to charge me for a bagel I didn’t order and didn’t make my drink right and tried to tell me it was right and I was wrong!! I have ordered this same drink for months I’d think I know what adding heavy cream (light brown color) and not adding cream (basically black coffee) looks like! He sighed and rolled his eyes at me several times!
