Railcar Modern American Kitchen - Omaha

Went there for date night. I had French onion soup which was ok, as I have had much better elsewhere and also had the crab cakes. Those were decent for the midwest. They weren’t dry at all and had good flavor. Drinks were ok but overpriced. My wife had the Mac n Cheese. Again it was just ok, not a knock me out of my seat for $25. Overall it was a nice place to try. Wouldn’t go back and drop $100 there again.

Server was awesome ! She knew how bad the food was . Obviously they were experiencing some issues last night !!! Every table around us had some type of issue going on and it was obvious. Our waitress handled it very well and after we shared our experience with people we know they all stated the same thing.

Had a great server. Brought my family for my father’s birthday. We all had a wonderful time

Service and food was great! Our waiter was knowledgeable and fun. I really don’t have any complaints.

I made reservations requesting a quieter corner table for our small dining club. It was perfect private and quiet; and our server, Rachel was exceptional. The food was amazing. We all agreed it is one of the top two restaurants our group has chosen.
