Fazoli's - Omaha

I can't complain, but the evening staff was very rude tonight. We moved in the drive through about an hour before closing and ordered two articles and some bread sticks with a big thing of sauce, the sauce cup was less than half full, and the man tended the drive through was extremely rude. He constantly stared at me as if I had committed a fake or something threw my card and the reception on me, and while we ordered, sighed and cut me out to throw us out. I understood that I worked in the food industry and it sucks to have to work Saturday night, but that doesn't give you any right to provide terrible service.

We eat here a lot and this way by far the best experience we?ve had and the food was great. Ashley was working behind the register and she was an absolute pleasure. The manager was filling in for the normal manager. He was excellent as well. Kudos to the team at 132nd and Center in Omaha.

Just went through the drive through here. WOW. The customer service was AMAZING!!! Unfortunately i didn?t catch the womens name that was working the drive through. I know she had long orange hair. She was very courteous and accommodating. I hope she sees this and here manager. Thank you so much for such a pleasant experience!!

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE TO FOOD QUALITY. My order was supposed to be ready at 6:41pm and I ordered it at 6:10. It didn?t get done till 7:31pm. MY FOOD WAS COLD BECAUSE THEY WERE WAITING FOR BREAD. My girlfriend called them 3 times before they answered their phone to see what the hold up was for me. They were rude and didn?t discount or give us food till she called 3 more times. They didn?t do anything but say it was out of their control for it being backed up. The front guys were cursing and were rude to every single person. Never eating here again. Ridiculous!

After a concert, our friends suggested we go to Fazoli’s nearby on south 132nd. At the time, I wasn’t hungry nor feeling like Italian food, but we went anyway. So glad we did! There were 6 of us and nobody was disappointed with their food. The staff were all wonderful, Mike, Josh, Sarah Kira. Very friendly and really great at what they do. My photo doesn’t do it justice, but my Three Meat Tortellini (I believe was the name), was amazing! We got there around 9pm and stayed til closing. Thanks for a great wrap up to our evening! We’ll definitely be back!
