Burger King - Omaha

Lady seems at night manager is very controlling about employees and will not let them do their work. I've been there many times and I've helped her without any problems until she's involved.

I asked for no cheese, so they didn't give me any ice on my sandwich and then sent me to drink a worth instead of the annoying coffee this place sucks it always I know better. food: 1/5

Ordered online for a lobby pick-up lobby closed running gear thru and said I have to wait until everyone go through the line because I did not order by the loudspeaker. what? I ordered online for picking up to avoid the ride through the line, only to watch every single car and new car going through the drive thru get eat and drive off while I still order in my car sitting on my eating now I wait. Girl in the window didn't even want to listen to me when I told her I already ordered and paid, I just need the order. what is the point to order online and save time? the management might want to talk to the ones about it and the lack of listening before you tear someone out. this happened at 2:18 2:50 still waiting. rude girl in the window finally brings me my order, but leaves things out. I said good, thank you for bringing my order. yup and going away.

Fantastic service, order was from the chain, management and crew all so polite, outgoing, and can say that they worked very well together and a good time. I appreciate it. food: 5/5
