Bidrage med feedbackThere are no words to describe the incredible experience we had here at the Boiler Room. From start to finish, every dish was phenomenal. You can really tell how intentional the chef is with his flavor choices. We had the focaccia for an appetizer that was out of this world. I had the private selection wagyu ribeye and my partner had the pork shoulder. I have had a ribeye in more restaurants than I can count, hunting for the perfect steak, and nothing has quite has tasted like the steak I had at this restaurant. My partners meal was also delicious. We devoured every last bite. I wish I could go back in time and try this meal for the first time again and again. The staff was kind and the service was great. They have an open kitchen concept which is super cool because you can watch the chefs prepare the food. Loved the atmosphere, very industrial but cozy. Could not recommend this place more! Our server mentioned the menu changes often so I cannot wait to go back!! The chef is incredible. We learned he is a local who graduated from Metro Community College and was a nominee for the James Beard culinary award. Much deserved. 10/10 do recommend.

One of the best places we've ever had a meal together at, the food was simply amazing and the service was spot on!
If I could give 10 stars I would. The food was absolutely amazing. The chef is very talented, hats off. We loved every bite of food, drinks and dessert. It’s been years since I’ve visited but going back yesterday was just a flash back to how delectable the food is. 10/10 would recommend.
