Gaststätte Im Rosenthal - Olpe

Have gone to dinner as a registered company with about 25 people. Unfortunately, this place has been one of the biggest disappointments for a long time. Already on arrival we had to wait for drinks for 30 minutes! Unfortunately, it would be worse and worse. Although we did not order to eat at 6 pm, as previously stated, but only 45 minutes later, we did not get the food after more than an hour at all!! Not to mention tables with glasses and dishes. Clean up misdisplay!! Also throughout the evening until approx. 20:30 a.m. no drink was received under 30 minutes waiting time! Then a complaint was answered with the sentence: “Next time they prefer to stay in Siegen!”!? Go on!!!! Never experienced such an unfriendly boss and such a bad service!

It is nice to know that the beautiful inn is back in good hands. How did we feel very well there, were served quickly and friendly and have a great meal to enjoy.

This place was for me and my family a total disappointment, it didn't work. We had to wait 44min for our first order, dishes were not cleared, the food was manageable and didn't taste, reordering was just after you had asked to name a few things that were not good. Unfortunately, even more things were not satisfactory simply impossible. I was personally insulted by the boss. Something like that doesn't work at all, the day was messed up.

We were too hospitable to a closed society. As a woman from the department, I had to shake my head during the celebration at the inn. It was a family celebration at which everyone would have wished to have had a nice celebration. Unfortunately, the service was not competent enough to serve drinks on time all day. Staff was unfriendly, annoyed and you didn't feel welcome. Food took 45 minutes. In addition, it was added that the owner has become very out of line with a complaint and it was not apologised for anything. Too bad this special day was so ruined to the end.

Price Performance Top Very tasty and man woman is fed up. Very clean also the WC round satisfied. We were there for 6 adults and 4 children on 5.2.23 .There were coffee latte very tasty waffles,kitchens and Kaiserschmarren .TopTop . No long waiting times and food prepared with attention to detail. If it were a bit warmer in the room and quiet background music then it would have been "PERFEKT".
