Inka - Ollantaytambo

God damn Inka Grill, what did you do to me?? I came for a soup, and I'm going with a crack. It's not like I never had onion soup before, but obviously I didn't. My life is ruined. Served in a bread bowl with the sweetest tenderest onion I've ever had and a thick creamy beef stock. This simple peasant dish makes Kings unworthy. Seriously WTF Art Pachamama Magic is that?? And her homemade chorizos. You could look like this breakfast sausage, some of you could eat violently and painfully, or enjoy if you 're a masochist, but do not make a mistake, this ain't no evil stomach churning fat. Served in pairs with potatoes, you get chicken, lamb, pork and blood sausage. Unlike chicken bacon/sausage back home that you could not distinguish from cardboard or sawdust, it tastes like chicken. Easy tasteful non-greasy pig. Not wild juicy lamb. Honestly, the bloodworst expected to taste more like liverworst, but it had a unique taste all that it had I never had bloodworst before so I have nothing to compare. Not bad, but an acquired taste. There are some sauces that accompany this dish. Chimichuri, a must and a sharp pineapple chutney. The Chimichuri was so fresh The mustard was definitely not French. The Chutney, for me was hot, but it was sweet and tasteful and worked well with the blood sausage. Once again, my life has ruined since I can't get it home. If you ever do a favor in Cusco and treat yourself.

Okay, so this place was somewhere we came here, and the guy from the front offered us a discount coupon and we thought why not? Sure. The Mexican we ordered was great and the pizza (from a wood fire oven) was great and with a thin base. The beer was cold and the Wifi speed was good. They also had to play Jenga at the table. What do you want from a restaurant? Great way to pass the time while waiting for your train...

Had there on 21. November 2018 a late lunch. We sat on the second floor to get a good view of the river that was great! There was only one other table there and we were greeted and forgotten quite a long time. We finally managed to draw the attention of the waiter to our order. My friend has strong allergies so we make sure that we ask all the ingredients in the filled paprika before ordering. We put our order and the paprika come back to a bed of fried flour. We sent them back and I swear they only took the bread because it was too fast. My friend began to eat the filling of them, and her mouth was on the fire how sharp they were. I even had a bite and couldn't handle it, and I'm Mexican... I eat hot dishes every day! We told the waiter and he shrunk his shoulders. I had the grilled chicken that was delicious and the vegetables looked so delicious... unfortunately they were already spoiled.

My friend and I shared the trout dish and two different potato dishes. Everything was well prepared. This is a great place for your time.

Wide variety on menu, and great service- in the center of the city--A bit pricey but very enjoyable restaurant
