The Golf Club Oliva Nova Beach Golf Resort

BJust finished another great meal at The Oliva Nova Golf Club restaurant. Love eating here or just having a drink or chilling out here on the terrace as the atmosphere is really relaxed and the views are fantastic. All the team are really helpful, friendly and speak several languages too. The staff are super friendly as always and really helpful and efficient. Today we had the weekend set menu with 2 cold starters and two hot starters a Mediterranean salad, smoked fish with roasted peppers, steamed mussels and calamari. For main course we had arroz del señoret a seafood rice dish which was heavenly. Fantastic food and service and wonderful views of the golf course and the lake. What more could you ask for? Easy access, nice clubhouse with a good restaurant to make sure you don't go for 18 holes with an empty stomach...cheap and good! With a pleasant service. The pro shop is nice too and the lady was very welcoming. The course was in perfect condition, with easy fairways and well maintained greens. For €50 the green fee, it is a must do.

Food Golf Golf: entered a tournament with friends, no toilet paper, hand paper or soap in the toilets on the course, bathrooms dirty, could do with a good scrub, bins, door and door handles filthy. There today watching friends on driving range (1 May 2023), both toilets not working, no sufficient signage where nearest toilet available. Food: Club house, there today (1 May 2023) with friends, restaurant total chaos, not enough staff, guy behind bar very rude, heard him having argument with golf member, in most places if you were that rude to a customer you'd be sacked! On a positive note the golf course is great (except the toilets), staff on golf course and in the shop lovely, restaurant staff also good (except barman), big cheer for Gaby in the restaurant, she's great and having a lot to deal with!
