Burger King - Oldtown

Three times last month I was there. Three times it was wrong! Great sign that customers ask to be friendly as this is many first jobs. You would love 15 an hour as a minimum wage, not yet read a screen?? Warmed up? If I don't have to go to work at 2, I drive back and rectify it, but I'm sure it's completely ignored.

Cold and cooked food! Drive for 15 minutes. Don't go!

The place is clean and the staff is friendly. the time to order it can order very slowly 20 minutes for a simple ordering is not exaggerated and customers in the lobby are irritated in the regular around the midday due to the long waiting period. I'm usually not in a hurry for my food, so it doesn't bother me. but do they plan the lunch break when they are in a hurry.

I called to talk to the manager here because my man and I found it ludicrous that they have a sign of geduld, blah, blah. but the young woman in register did not smile at her herself. the toy has not provided if desired and actually only the window closed. if thos site has problems with rude customers, it is due to the lack of customer service training. Oh, our meals were cold.

No one was in the front, we waited 5 minutes and finally called to the back and asked if anyone was there. She came to the front and promptly took our order. 20 minutes later we had our fast food. We were the only ones there. When I got the breakfast potatoes, they were so salty I could not eat them. I told them this was the second time I had ordered them and they were too salty. She said the machine salts them and there is no way to adjust it...right We only have two fast food restaurants in our area. Burger King and McDonald's. I guess there's no more fast food for me. I will not be back.
