Steak N Shake - Oldsmar

Steak N' Shake makes a fantastic task to serve delicious food safely and quickly. Great staff.

The male cook on the grill was extremely rude to fellow employees to many customers and even argued with some patrons. I personally saw 3 customers leave. One customer asked for a manager to assist but the manager was not on site during a rush. The drive through had 6 vehicles is why I came inside. This cook is incapable of working synonymously with any ration human. To ask your fellow employees to work at that location is unforgivable. The building was extremely hot and had a foul oder. There was trash all over the parking lot. The external temporary signs were only half erected and unreadable. I can not imaging this is how one would like this franchise operated. I doubt myself or any others in the building will ever return.

For the price the burgers are fairly decent. The shakes are not that bad either. I got a very nice server so that?s the only reason I gave them 4 stars.

I just bought a Nutella milkshake because it's my favorite, but instead I have a chocolate that's not good at all... that's the bad thing by the drive you need to check everything before you go. That's the third time that happens to me. It's really annoying.

The food is good. They have no indoor kitchen and the places they have outside are not cleaned. I would never eat here again until Covid
