They had to unwrap the kebab to put salad and sauce on and then amongst other things attempted to charge me twice for the drinks. I understand that mistakes happen but when the guy serving says to the boss I didn’t order drinks when I clearly did and he charged me for them then we are in a whole new area of customer service. The boss pushes buttons on a calculator and tells me I didn’t order drinks. I questioned the amount I paid, he punched some more buttons on a calculator and then told me I had only paid for one. This is a real shame as they make half decent food but I am not willing to be taken for a fool and be treated like that by anybody. I am a very patient and tolerant person and unfortunately I did say to them that this is b hit which I have never done in my 35 years of frequenting kebab shops. My hope is they will have had time to reflect and learn from their appalling attitude what do you think? IF YOU DO GO IN OR ORDER ONLINE PROCEED WITH CAUTION
Shokong customer service. We order or from here at least 2 times a month. Ordered a quick tea tonight as we was all out 2 hours later for a kebab. Call them no apology or nothing then to be told 20 mins. Then my partner calls 20 mins latter as he paid on the app to be told another 20 mins. sure it's a new person on phone shocking. To be such a good customer and be treated like that we all went bed in end fuming. Then all we get is you will get your refund in 24 to 48 hours wow never again
Very nice! Lots of food in the set meal, all very tasty. Quick delivery. Reasonably priced. Would recommend

Ordered a takeaway. Got delivered quite quick. Biryani tasted old. The curry needed more flavour. Not the best meal I've ate from here. I've had food from here before that was very nice.
