I order I pretty simple burrito there is items I said no to on my food which im all too

There were jalepenos in my daughters Tacos, as well as corn salsa both of which they werent meant to have. And my Bowl has beans in it when I asked for none, and hardly any rice in my bowl. What the heck guys?!

I had a terrible experience today. I came around 11 o'clock through the trip on a Friday night and ordered a bowl with black rice, guacamole and verde sauce and got none of them. how dare they charge extra if they don't even the extras we ask or sauce?! I also ordered queensadillas and wow. didn't people know how to cook? the quesadillas were a chaos, 2 seconds roasted, we were the only people in the line and they couldn't get it right?! the nachos I ordered didn't come with Chipotle sauce that we were around!? if they weren't on camp or whatever, they could just tell us instead of giving us less what we paid. whoever worked on zambreros reynella at 11 o'clock on Friday at 11 o'clock. must actually be trained as they do their work or be fired. such a disappointing service from a food chain I actually liked.

Good size portions, Nice flavour, could have some suggestions of what to order or make your own.
