Mcdonald's - Old Ellicott City

The food was tasteless. Chicken sandwich, big Mac, quarter pounder.

Food was fine, but this used to be a friendly place. Went through the drive-thru tonight and didn't get a single response from the order/payment window guy or the order delivery guy. Both seemed like they could not be bothered, or cared that I was even there. No Hello, no Welcome, no Thanks, not a simple Have a Nice Day. No attempt at all at customer service or engagement of any kind. Been going here for years, but will consider other options now. Update! The crew I experienced on this day appears to be gone. The new staff during my last few visits have been back to the efficient, caring team I was used to. Thanks, McDonald's, for knowing the difference between good and bad service!

Pretty decent and timely, but the food gave me the runs.

It literally doesn’t matter how many times you say the word coke, you will end up with Dr.Pepper or diet coke. You’ll circle back through the drive thru to have it fixed, doesn’t matter how nice you are they’ll give you attitude like you came into the building and messed up your own order. You’ll leave, take a sip and it’ll STILL not be coke.

The fries are just always COLD AND HARD!!! That’s my only con! The playground in there is nice and the staff is really nice it’s just the food could be a little better!
