Great great selection of food! We have had them cater several events, including our wedding! Everybody loved their BBQ! I highly recommend The Rub as one of you 'must visit ' BBQ joints in KC!

I got the Hillbilly bowl and my hubby got the 2 meat platter and it was a lot of food! The guys are real nice and the food is really good! #willbeback

Went there for two classes. Dan is awesome and very down to earth. Uses his technique for ribs and they turned out AMAZING!!! Well worth the money.

Thanks to The Rub for the yummy BBQ today! Dan saved the day with my last minute catering order for a family birthday lunch. I called him at 9 am and he had my order ready for pickup by 11am! As always the burnt ends were a big hit with the family!
