Mcdonald's - Olathe

There’s no way this place is almost a 4 star.I ordered off the mobile app and when I got my bag I noticed I didn’t have an item.I told the people I was missing a Big Mac and they looked at me like I was speaking German.One of the ladies explained that she had put it In my bag when it obviously wasn’t there.If the rush was bad I would understand but there were only 4 of us in line.After telling them I didn’t have the item they keep on saying I had it and to look in the bag.I didn’t know I was a a … – show

Location says it’s open 24 hours when it isn’t have gone three time between 1 and 3 in the morning because I work nights and they are the only place open. Only to be told at the drive thru they aren’t open. Even tried calling before wasting my 30 minute lunch. Just to have the phone ring and ring.

Always decent service, food is the same as any McDonald's.

I just left McDonald's and sat in the drive-through for 5 minutes waiting for somebody to ask for my order no one ever came so as I was driving off I saw a employee on the computer in the back office I looked online to see if they're open and it said 24 hours I also saw 3 vehicles outside and nobody would help me. I also understand it's 3am and not busy at all. It's the only place open to get something to eat before work.

Good breakfast but you need to bring back the bagel sandwiches
