Mcdonald's - Olathe

Awesome establishment. Great customer service and very clean. I will continue to visit there as often as I'm in the area.

Almost all the food was fresh. The Big Mac was a build a burger project. Besides that it was very good.

They don't go here unless they just want a diet cola. I always try to give this place a chance, but it has gone so far downhill, I don't think it can ever come again. we ordered big mac meal times that were so cold and hard, they could actually take the rolls up and down and knock with them on the dash of the car. how did they expect someone to eat that? the pommes were also terrible. the only thing that was decent was the koks. if we hadn't already gone so far on the autobahn, I would have turned around and reclaimed my money!

Since 2 months this restaurant is terrible. they have increased their prices due to “inflation” and shortage of work, but the service and quality are differentiated. the journey through is daily a chaos. I am 100% sure that no one will ever react to these of mcdonalds. all their phone numbers in all restaurants no longer work, is never answered. they're getting in.

Every morning we drive to work of independence mo, and we just want some ice cream with our mobile order and half the time they are crew is not ready or even our order on 5 o'clock. very unprofessional if they were to get a crew that would actually work the work they requested.
