KFC - Okotoks

We ordered takeout from this restaurant and received excellent service. The food was hot and fresh. I don't understand why this location has a low rating.

The window was confusing and my order was incorrect. It was a terrible experience, they need to assign someone competent to take orders at the window.

Ordered mixed buckets solid together with other foods. Skip to order as my platform. The order came, it was wrong. I called KFC, it took 20 minutes to get someone. Shield leader Kyle answered. I explained that we received the wrong product....Kyle informed me that they were busy and could send the right product 20-30 minuets later. I pressed that we used Skip because we had other engagements and couldn't wait so long. So I asked for a refund for the difference we don't get. Kyle said he could deliver it in 10 minutes. This is impossible because the drive would be longer. I asked for a refund, but not yet received. I have informed Skip about the topic and will advance the management chain. The way that was handled was very bad. In this industry, communication was very bad and the ability to deal with the topic not existent. Kyle took my phone number and said he would call back. Of course no more pleasure! Maybe KFC Okotoks should read their online reviews. They're all poor. Dry chicken, importer orders, no real conflict resolution skills. Overall a possible recipe for disaster.

I had a very different experience at this restaurant compared to my last visit in March. It seems we were just lucky before based on other reviews. This time, the chicken was cooked well and the fries were decent, but the gravy was watery and overall the food lacked flavor. We had to request a cup for our drink when our food was ready, wet naps for the greasy chicken were no longer available, condiments had to be asked for as they were not offered, and we had to go back to get forks as they were not provided. The area near the garbage can was messy, with a booth out of place and leaning against the can. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

Chicken was good but fries were cold and hard. Gravy was watery too.Hard to find a clean table to eat at.Wife sent fries back and was told fresh ones would be sent over shortly.We finished our meal waited ans waited.(No fries arrived).When we were leaving...girl said ,(your fries are almost done),knowing darn well she forgot about them. We called kfc to voice our complaint and got lots of excuses.Wont be back!
