Starbucks - Oklahoma City

Very professional barista inside, made the pike place just right and easily loaded my cash on my Starbucks card to gain twice the stars and complete challenges on the app. Unfortunately this is one of the newly opened locations with no outside seating nor wax paper dispensers in their restrooms.

Everytime I come here they're out of something I order. Today was just the icing on the cake. I'm paying $7.55 for this drink and you can't even manage to fill it to the top?? Are you kidding me. Guarantee they wouldn't want their drink made like this. And pretty sure they forgot to put my extra shot in, as I get this drink all the time and have never had one this light, especially since over an inch of liquid is missing.

I always come to this location and sometimes my drink is great sometime not so great this morning my coffee tasted like nothing but milk. For 8 bucks for a coffee drink I really wish it was coffee and not.just milk. Im very disappointed this morning if I would have had time I would have came back to have it remade.

We just came to the Starbucks in anticipating of placing an order. We went to use the restrooms first, but as I walked in I was shocked and appalled to see how dirty the store is with three employees standing around behind the counter and no customers in the drive-through or in the store. This is totally unacceptable, and we walked out instead of placing an order. You can do much better. I have never seen a Starbucks in this kind of disarray. I travel all over the country and this was unacceptable and disgusting.

I?ve been going here for a long time, I live nearby and stop in often before work and I always order the same thing. Pre pandemic it was great, they knew me by name and remembered my order. Now every time I go there is someone new, they forget my order frequently when I go in and they take forever both inside and at the drive thru. I understand if they get busy or are understaffed once in awhile but this is becoming a regular thing, I would try to go to the one on SW 29th and May instead.
