Schlotzsky's - Oklahoma City

I always like to give local places my business. Order thru post-mates snd when it arrived at my door my order was short two items. Of course, the delivery driver swears that it was the restaurant that has truncated the articles to me And of course there is nothing he can do because he is simply the delivery driver. So I called the restaurant that spoke to the manager who informed me that all the articles were sent and that she had a problem with the supplier stealing. So here I'm stuck in the middle with food I ordered, but didn't get a restaurant that's not ready to fix the mistake and a delivery driver that's clearly stealing food or is he? What should I do? It's a shame, because now I'll never eat at Schlotzsky again. You should only have corrected the problem and repair the order because the truth is that it is not my job as a customer to ensure that they hire people who are not criminals. Thanks Schlotzskys.

Ive was just one of these once, and I don't remember what I had, but I remember that whatever it was that I was eating my thoughts that it was AMAZING! next time I have to look around sick and try again.

Awful. Overall: The food was cold, the restaurant was dirty, and it took forever for someone to take our order. The soup and sandwiches were cold, even after they remade them. The soup wasn't even heated properly, and the bread was not toasted with unmelted cheese. The restaurant seemed unclean with noticeable garbage and gnats. The wait was too long for both ordering and receiving cold food. Not recommended for a quick bite.

The food was tasty, but the presentation was lackluster. However, the customer service was excellent! Terri was welcoming, friendly, and sweet. Overall, a great experience and I will definitely be returning. The staff is usually very friendly and I consistently have a positive experience.

I used to believe there were other sandwich shops that were superior to this one, but I must say, they really know how to make a delicious sandwich.
