Chipotle Mexican Grill - Oklahoma City

Manager was so rude for all customers and lifted his voice at each due to his own mismanagement of time. They literally had no meat. He even admitted that the to go and catering orders came at 8 a.m., but at 7:30 no one had met them and did so before the customers in the store. You told us six minutes on chicken. So we decided to get out of line. We waited 30 minutes just to come back to the front of the line, just to say no chicken for 30 minutes. The line boys knew that we left the front of the line in view of the others to wait and try with the manager for 2 bowls chicken. He refused. We've loved Chipotle for years. We and many others there tonight will NOT return because of the JERK manager. But our food in Qdoba was GREAT!

Terrible portion sizes, and the red sauce is not even sharp. The Perosn portion size was not good at her work

This place was relatively easy to get from I-40 W. I've offered next to what's on the Interstate. There were enough parking spaces for my 20' trailer. Food: 5/5

LOCKED DOORS EARLIER THAN THEIR OFFICIAL CLOSING TIME: The booked closing times on Google and on the front door are 10 o'clock. I went to town on December 19, 2022 to get some food in the last minute. I came to a locked door at 9:52. They must either update their posted hours or not close early. What a frustrating waste of time. Be aware of this and come well before closing, especially if you drive very far. You have really good food. I like the Barbacoa. I'm disappointed that I couldn't get this tonight, even if I arrived before the dispatched closing time...

Very clean and fast service ? great atmosphere. I noticed they face all the delivery order backwards so u have to ask for them by name vs grabbing and going. It's a great idea In my opinion.Food: 5/5
