Bidrage med feedbackIt is absolutely the worst pizza, wings, and icb I have ever gotten. I never got an email or push notification that my pizza was ready. I showed up after the time to make sure it was ready. I waited a few minutes for someone to come to the window. When I got home I opened the box to see grainy crust with a little sauce, very little cheese, burnt (extra crispy) pepperoni. The bottom showed very poor quality dough. It tasted grainy. Like it had tons of cornmeal in it. It was cold, too. I opened the ICB, It appeared to be warmed over, burnt, dry. and was cold. The garlic butter was ice cold. The chicken wings were very poor quality and dry. I had an issue the last time I went. I called and complained about it and the person on the other end was arguementive. I never did get reimbursed that time. I wasn't going to make another trip up there to get another meal. I spent a lot of money. They sure have gone down the tubes. Just like they did many years ago before they went defunct. It doesn't even seem like a clean place. I am very upset. I do not recommend them. My daughter is moving here and my son-in-law loves the ICB. I will tell them not to go there. I used to be able to get a decent pizza here for a reasonable price.
Raw and undercooked crazy bread. 2 bags of them. Looking at other reviews, this seems to be a consistent problem. There needs to be some retraining of the employees and quality checks.
Use to be one of my favorite Little Caesars. Past few times not so much
I don't care what people say.....Little Caesars pizza is good. It is not the most gourmet pizza ever, but for the price, it is the best pizza you can buy.....and their bread sticks are great.
I have never been so ignored in my life by a restaurant first I put in my order it took them and hour to prepare and when I called up there to see what was taking so long they told me my order was just being finished and would be delivered soon and to call back in 15 minutes if it wasn’t delivered so 15 minutes go by and I never received my order so I go to call again when it says my order was Cancelled when I call they say they gave my order to the wrong person!?!??! So I asked for an immediate refund since I wasn’t going to be receiving the order I PAID for they told me I couldn’t get an immediate refund and the store continued to ignore my phone calls!! I just don’t understand how it is your fault you gave my food to the wrong person and you also had me waiting over an hour for my food in the first place and now I can’t even get my money back for two weeks?!?!?!?
