St Francis Winery Resort

Thursday 16th -November- 23 No acknowledgment from staff on first arriving as they were busy attending to others when booking had been discussed where we would like to sit but were told we were sitting elsewhere. Staff very vague. Approximately 20 people for lunch on various table. 2 on our table we’re told after nearly an hour the Liver dish wasn’t available it had run out. one lady sent her meal back as it had a hair in it. Replacement meal wasn’t even cooked and looked very unappetising. Was told it was an unusually busy lunch. I’m sorry but 20 people should not render staff unable to cope. Won’t be back again.

This was a special event occasion...as opposed to the main restaurant where I frequently dine. I would have no hesitation in recommending St Francis for any function, large or small, as the quality of service and attention to detail is of the highest standard...as was the food. The staff were friendly and the service was great. We were well looked after and everyone was happy with the prices as well. We will recommend st Francis winery and will definitely be back????

Booked 2 nights first night was just normal accommodation 2nd night was the kiss and make up package. Room was like I was staying in a budget hotel lights were broken,the vent on the heater was broken looked nothing like the picture they advertised for there kiss and make up package. very disappointed only highlight was the staff very friendly

One of the best places South of Adelaide for a good meal, staff are fantastic and friendly, one of my favorite places
