This place is lovely and I love coming here to get my coffee fix! I'm very lucky to live locally so my visits are more frequent these days! The coffee is awesome and if you prefer your coffee a bit hotter...well just right....this place gets it right every time I have been! I don't even have to ask them to make it hotter (above 60 65 degrees which is not that HOT! Oh and they do not burn the milk when making it perfect...around 70 75 degrees I would say :  Thanks Team for being the best there is on O'Connell street love the black theme!

Located in the heart of the popular O’Connell Street is a cute little café juice bar called Black Eye Coffee. Upon walking in, I felt like I was transported back to the Central Markets in the Adelaide CBD – it reminded me of a stall at the Markets where you could literally smell and taste the healthiness and freshness in what was being served. There are wooden crates that are beautifully scattered across the wall behind the bar counter, each of which houses fresh fruit. The bar itself is a very pleasing sight to the eye and brings life to the place with a vibrant ‘pop’ of colors. The team at Adelaide Food Central was invited to sample food and drink from their menu, where everything was provided free of charge.

Really great service from staff. Perfectly made coffee, tasty juices and a great breakfast. I had scrambled eggs and veges on thick luscious bread. All this for $14.95. Great value.
