Among many dishes I savored a Tagliata di Carni di Bisonte Canadese with baked potatoes. Slim, tender and rich meat of Omega 3. With taste, I savored, meat that melts in the mouth, once introduced in my Palate. 10 Stars for engagement, compliments to the Chef. Complete a dessert Semifreddo caramellato with retro taste to the caramelized Arachidi.

Restaurant used sometimes as a lunch break. The staff is very kind and friendly. The place is very nice, not too big and desperate, very cozy. The chef prepares really delicious dishes, anything do, since the menu is variable from time to time. Very good the appetizers that provide in the wait, between bread, taralli grissini all really delicious. Food, as mentioned before, is really of excellent quality. Fast in preparation and therefore you should not wait too long, especially if you go for a lunch break during work. Very competitive price, having the offer of work lunch. The final coffee is always coordinated with a small gorge, whether it is a biscuit or a treat. Recommended place.
The beautiful village of Palazzolo reserves us another culinary surprise...maybe it will be the case to expel the term “surprise” since I think I understand that here the food and wine offer is really remarkable, at least so it teaches our experience. And then here we are to tell this excellent lunch during our return from a short holiday. The location is very beautiful, a large historic building with decorated ceilings of great impact. The service is fast, precise and very professional. The menu is very interesting and the proposals are both of land and of sea with some beans that I found simply stunning, for example a dish that I took as my “sweet”: some slugs that were prepared with Franciacorta sauce that I found superlative. I opened with an excellent risotto with asparagus and raw red prawns and then went to the lamb squid. I mean, a really fancy lunch. Very wide the wine offer from which we took a Franciacorta Rosè vintage 2017 of Castello Bonomi that I found divine in combination with the snails!
Very well-kept place, pleasant environment, impeccable service and especially fabulous meat dishes with raw material of excellent quality and prepared in an exemplary way. Also worth mentioning competence, sympathy and courtesy of the cook who spends at the end of the meal between the tables to conversate with the customers
