Chili's Grill - Ogden

8/6/22 @11am Huge Huge thank you to Manager Cesar for taking my call at 10:30am about needing a specific order for a very special little boy who?s getting his wishes granted through Make-A-Wish and saw to it that his favorite meal ever was hot andready to go upon opening! You made his day today and allowed my boys to share a very special moment with their friend that wasmuch needed and full of smiles!!! From the bottom of our hearts thank you for being so kind, compassionate, and making Chili?sRiverdale location the best there is to visit!!! ????

We ordered a chicken ranch bacon quesadilla and a steak quesadilla. Also I ordered a big mouth bacon ranch burger. All we're excellent.

Terrible experience with a take out order from tonight. Starting with two lemonades (strawberry and plain) both had a strange chemically taste to them which was alarming, we also had the same thing with a piece of cheesecake and had to throw it all out.Boneless wings tasted nothing better than microwaved, paid extra for a side Cesar salad and received a pre made (probably 2 daysold) brown wilted lettuce with soft and soggy croutons. Fries cold and soggy. Paid for extra sauces and received none. Overallconcerned now for health safety from me and my toddler eating a few bites of this awful dinner as I?m also pregnant. Huge wasteof money. Won?t be eating here again.

This place has gone downhill of late. About a quarter of the chips were under cooked, the chicken crispers looked like they'd cut one normal crisper into four, salad was forgotten until asked for (after main food arrived), and slow service overall. Whatthere was was flavorful and fresh, but... Issues.

I love chili's food but the service wasn't very good. We waited 45 minutes to get seated because we had a group of 8. There wasn't a line or anything they was waiting for another group of 8 to leave. They was letting groups of 4 go before us eventhough we had gotten there well before any of the other groups. Then it took about an hour to get our food. The food was goodbut by the time we ate we weren't hungry anymore. I feel like this was a fluke thing and don't want to leave a bad review but itwas a little ridiculous how they was running the restaurant that day.
