Burger King - Ogden

I had a big order. Juan the manager helped me out by putting my bags of food into the plastic bags making it easier for me to carry he also got me a drink carrier. My food was hot and fresh. I know they were short staffed today, but I still got my food in a timely manner with AWESOME customer service!! Food tasted great! Love this place

I love the kaching (chicken sandwich) I always get my sandwich plain with a slice of cheese. I don't like condiments. This time the chicken was overcooked and so dry I couldn't even eat it. I was very disappointed. It is one of my favorites. We all have our bad days. This Burger King is located in a gas station. I hadn't eaten there before, and I honestly probably won't again.

It's connected to the gas station, so there's that convenience. I like the drink station is one of those coke dispensers with multiple flavors, including zero sugar flavors.

I always LOVE burger King!! It's my main place to go for a quick bite... but sadly this time was not the case. This particular location was way understaffed. Also the receipts machine was broken and they didn't have receipts to give (since I had to get reimbursed for my company's expense I was very disappointed) and to top it off, they took about 15 minutes!! to give me my order... and they made it wrong!! We had to return it and wait another 10 minutes for the order to be finally made right.

Stopped by the location inside Top Stop on 2110 south Wall Ave today and ordered the new Southwest Dbl Bacon Whopper meal, a whopper meal 2 8pc nuggets. When I got to the window, the employee handed me 2 drinks, one was wrong, so she mentioned they didn’t have the Blue Powerade and just picked a random drink, so I gave it back and selected something different. When I got home and started pulling my order out of the bag, what I received was NOT what I ordered! They gave me a Texas Dbl whopper and not the new Southwest Bacon Whopper that I had ordered. The ckn nuggets were old/ stale cold! Overall a terrible service and I threw away the food! Wasted $30 on lunch for my son and I! Won’t happen again! Stay away from the Burger King on 21st Wall Ave Ogden UT! Terrible experience!
